Building individual, group awareness and cohesion

The organisation introduces individuals to WholeBrain® thinking. Workshops are run to teach participants the Whole Brain® Model, their individual thinking preferences and the implications these have for the business. 

The first part of the workshop equips you to successfully implement the complete foundation stage.

This includes:

• working with the individual HBDI® Profile
• using the e-Learning program, HBDI® Fundamentals
• running the workshop—StartThinking™
• access to HTMS® to process all your HBDI's and manage your organisation's database
